We had the SCOTUS hearing the arguments today for King V Burwell, and Obamacare once again is on the chopping block. However, I think that the major story to come out of this hearing today, is a Supreme Court Justice Kennedy, voiced his concern, of the effects on our current healthcare system, if the ACA subsidies are overturned. This is beyond disturbing. He is giving the impression that it makes a difference in his mind, as to what the reaction is to the court's decision. Why can't the SCOTUS make rulings based on the Constitution, and the rule of law, rather than let personal bias weigh on their decision. Our judicial system is messed up so bad, it has been reduced to a Presidential insurance policy. Insurance that is important to a President's legacy. But, the most notable trend as of late, is legislation created or changed, by sitting Justices. The outcome should be irrelevant, if you are following the law. The courts have become political, and that is a dangerous mix that endangers liberty and justice.
